This will be short!
I swear some people are so dumb, this is the third time in the last 2 weeks I have seen a mother/father with a child under the age of one with a child on their lap in the front seat. Seriously, are you that lazy that you can't strap your child in a car seat, and if you can't afford one, goto the sally ann or salvation army, there cheap, there's no need for your child to be sitting on your lap, they would be killed instantely in an accident or thrown from the car, lets get some common sense, geez. Not to mention, the one car I saw;the guy was driving behind me like an idiot, tail gaiting me, speeding, swerving through the lanes - pretty messed up, with a brand new baby on the moms lap in the passenger seat! ARGH.
